Hello everyone and welcome to my blog entitled the House of Health. My name is Rhian Patricia and I am obsessed with health and well-being; whether its to do with food, exercise, lifestyle, or even just 'appearing' healthier, I strive to achieve many health-related goals by this summer and thought this blog would be a great interactive way to share my progress with you.
Over the next few months, I'll be sharing with you recipes for low calorie/carb snacks and meals that cut on fat but don't cut on flavour, as well as recording my workouts and any exercise I do!
